A1: The selection process includes 4 stages:
1️⃣ Stage I: Written Exam (CGEPT)
2️⃣ Stage II: Physical Fitness Test (PFT) + Document Verification
3️⃣ Stage III: Medical Examination
4️⃣ Stage IV: Final Merit List & Training
Q2: What is the application fee?
A2: ₹300 for General / OBC

No fee for SC / ST candidates
Q3: What are the physical fitness requirements?
A3: 1.6 km run in 7 minutes

20 squat ups (Uthak Baithak)

10 push-ups

Must be physically and medically fit as per Coast Guard standards
Q4: When will the Indian Coast Guard exam 2025 be conducted?
A4: The Stage I (Written Test) is expected in August–September 2025 as per official notification schedule.

Syllabus

Mathematics & Science (10+2 Level):Algebra, Trigonometry, Calculus basics, Physics concepts (force, motion, energy).

English: Grammar, comprehension, vocabulary.Reasoning: Verbal and non-verbal.GK: Current affairs, Indian geography, defence.
